Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrainKH app. By using BrainKH you agree to these Terms. BrainKH is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian; children use the app under their parent's supervision and consent.

The service

BrainKH provides educational brain-training games, progress tracking, and a parent dashboard. Free accounts include a limited set of games. An optional auto-renewing Premium subscription unlocks all categories and features.

Subscriptions

• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Virtual items

Coins, skins, themes, and other in-app items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any unlawful way.

Content and progress data

Educational content and scoring are provided "as is" for learning and entertainment. Progress metrics (including the Brain Index) are playful indicators, not clinical or psychological assessments.

Termination

You can stop using BrainKH and delete profiles at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainKH is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
